Meshfolk was commissioned by Amplitude Marketing to help bring their client's classic 2D-logo from an earlier era to modern 3D-life. The sculpture was to be an important part of a giant candy store's Grand Opening in Maryland.
We were supplied with rough pencil sketches from Amplitude and worked closely with them to refine the design and the 3D model to their client's specifications.
The Deliverable
At the end of the creative process, Meshfolk supplied a highly detailed, painted 3D model (mesh) to be fabricated into a 3D sign over 5-feet long.
Here is the final 3D turntable that was approved before fabrication.
Bringing this classic brand into the 3rd dimension was an exciting challenge and the results can be seen in-store, National Harbor, Maryland. For more information, see the press-release here.
